ITEM PACKAGING:
ALL PHOTOS ARE STOCK PHOTOS. PLEASE NOTE THAT MANUFACTURES PERODICALLY UPDATE THEIR PRODUCT PACKAGING. NEW PACKAGING, SAME ITEM. IF A MANUFACTURER HAS UPDATED TO NEW PACKAGING YOU MAY RECEIVE THE NEW PACKAGING IN PLACE OF THE OLD PACKAGING.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Order processing: is 1 to 5 business days (Monday thru Friday). Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. (Processing refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment).
RETURN POLICY:
Items may be returned with-in 7 business days of receiving. You must contact SouthRenBeauty at admin@SouthRenBeauty.com for a IRN number. Returns will not be processed without the IRN number. A $6.00 restocking fee will apply to returns.

SOLD OUT POLICY:
If an item has sold out a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.
INCORRECT ITEM POLICY:
At times mistakes may be made. If you receive an incorrect item you must contact SouthRen Beauty at admin@SouthRenBeauty.com with-in 5 business days of the delivery. Please provide a photo of the item you received. (Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Once approved a return label will be sent to your e-mail on file with your payment provider. If you do not receive the return label please check your spam folder or notify SouthRenBeauty that you have not received a return label. A refund or replacement will be issued once the return is received, inspected and approved.
If you do not contact SouthRenBeauty with-in 5 business days of delivery you are accepting that you have received the correct item and the item is free of damage and/or defects.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:
If an item has been damaged in transit you must send photos of the product, the packaging with the damage visible, and the package showing the shipping label accompanied by a description of the damage to admin@SouthRenBeauty.com You must keep the package as you received it. USPS will require the item be turned into them by the buyer or they will request to physically see the damaged package. You will not receive the replacement for damaged items until you have completed the USPS guidelines. If a damage or loss occurs a replacement will be posted, or a full refund will be issued to the buyers method of payment.
LOST PACKAGE POLICY:
Lost packages are replaced as long as the service provider (USPS, USP, Fedex, Ect) does not show the package has been delivered. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the service provider any loss must be reported to the service provider.
