Shipping policy
Processing (handling) time
• We ship within 1–5 business days after cleared payment.
• Tracking uploads automatically as soon as the package leaves our facility.
Shipping services & transit times
• We use UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days) to the 48 contiguous United States.
• No expedited or overnight options are currently offered.
Delivery areas
• We ship only within the continental United States.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, or US Protectorates.
Combined shipping / multiple-item orders
• Items purchased together will be consolidated into one shipment whenever possible.
• You will never pay extra for combined shipping.
Packaging
• All items are packed in sturdy cartons or padded mailers to ensure safe arrival.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, notify us within 3 days so we can open a carrier claim.
• For items damaged in transit, send clear photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Local pickup / will-call
• Not available.
Holiday cut-off dates
• For delivery by December 24, place orders no later than December 15.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Return window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition required
Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping.
How to start a return
• Contact us through Bonanza messages within the 30-day window.
• We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address below.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund method and timing
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Exclusions
• Items that have been installed, cut, or otherwise used.
• Bulk items (zip-tie rolls, threaded rod, etc.) once the factory seal is broken.
Damaged or wrong item received
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost to the buyer.
