If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with the sales receipt, or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
product must be postmarked within 45 days of receipt
hair care products must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
hair dryers must be in like new condition with original packaging
the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
we must be notified within 48 hours of any damaged products resulting from shipping
If the product is damaged by misuse, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed since receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund. Defective products are covered for one year under warranty.
