14 Days return policy on defective items

14 Days from delivery date.

Item condition:

New: Brand new item, unopened sealed in original retail box.

We only ship to the verified address you have registered with Pay Pal; if the item you purchased is returned to us as non- delivered by the postal carrier; there will be a non-negotiable 20 % re-stocking charge plus shipping and handling.

Our priority is your satisfaction; please communicate with us; we will do anything within reason to satisfy your request.

Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt.

If for some reason you are not satisfy with your purchase or it is not the item as described, Please contact us immediately! Mistakes can happen so let us know immediately to correct the problem.

Please read the description and review the photos carefully of the item you intent to purchase before you commit yourself, this will save you the inconvenience of the return process or any charges that may incur.

20% restocking fee applies on all non-defective returns.

If shipping labels are placed on, or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return.

All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product or the item will not be eligible for return.
