Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays). A shipping confirmation will be sent once your order ships. Orders placed after 6 AM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES: Orders within the USA and Canada typically arrive in 1-6 business days.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, VAT, AND IMPORT TAXES: Orders are typically shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable taxes and duties are collected at checkout.

In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) regions (including, but not limited to, Japan, UAE, and the UK), customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and VAT upon delivery.

Please note: Customers may be subject to additional import duties or taxes based on their country’s regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local import policies.

DAMAGES & ISSUES: ERGO PURRCH™ cannot be held liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For additional support, you can also reach out to us at support@ergopurrch.com. Please retain all packaging and damaged items, and provide photos or videos to help expedite the process.

Return policy

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, never installed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns due to defects or incorrect items, we cover shipping fees. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer covers return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact support@ergopurrch.com to initiate a return.

EXCHANGES: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

REFUNDS: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 11 days have passed without receiving your refund.
