Returns Accepted: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Return: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened herbal powders, extracts, or supplements.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we will cover return postage or issue a replacement.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: Not offered automatically, but you may place a new order after receiving your refund.
Damaged or Missing Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your item arrives damaged or incomplete so we can resolve it quickly.
