We offer free worldwide shipping:
USA, UK, Europe: 10 – 15 days. Canada: 10 – 15 Business days. Australia and New Zealand: 10- 15 Business days. The rest of the World: 10-15 Business days.All orders are usually processed within one or two business days. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped.
*We will send you tracking information once your order is ready to ship after production.
*Most orders will be delivered within 2 weeks after the order placement date.
*Please note that shipping time may increase (delay) during peak season, November, December, and January. Please accept our sincere apologies, and thank you for understanding.

*We will cover (pay) the return costs.
*The customer will be charged (deducted from the refund) 5% per item to cover transaction and processing costs.
*We offer free exchanges. If the design does not suit you, we will exchange it for free (no fee will be charged).

While our products are manufactured by trusted partners in Asia, we oversee the design, labeling, and compliance processes to ensure they meet relevant safety regulations, including the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
As a non-EU business selling into the EU, we have appointed an EU Responsible Person to ensure full traceability and consumer protection within the European Union.
