Shipping policy

Global Shipping
I offer worldwide shipping, with local production and fulfilment centres in multiple countries to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with production taking an additional 1-3 days before shipping.

Tracking is provided for all orders! You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

I provide free shipping. Below are estimated delivery times:

Customs & Import Taxes
Most customers will not need to pay customs duties or import taxes, as items are produced locally whenever possible. However, in certain cases, customs fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Restrictions
I do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
Certain countries (e.g., Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Gaza, Myanmar, Russia, Syria, Yemen).

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will replace or refund lost orders confirmed by the courier.

If your item arrives damaged, please provide photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund. You can find more information under our Refund Policy.

Wrong Address?
If you enter an incorrect address, notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee changes. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error must be reordered, but we may offer a discount on the replacement.

Return policy

Replacement product available within 30 days

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for postage. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
I’ll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at contact@taudalpoi.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if there’s an issue. For all defective, damaged, or lost items, I’ll happily set things right and issue a replacement or refund immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
