Production/handling time is the time is takes to create and prepare the item for shipment. This time varies so please see shipping info for each item before purchasing.
All of our goods are custom made on demand and I use some production partners to do so. Your order will be sent directly from the production facility.
If items in your order are from multiple manufacturers your order will be split up and possibly arrive on different days. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.
Note: Sometimes online tracking information takes a few days to be updated between carriers. Please check your email for shipping notifications. Tracking numbers and/or links to tracking will be provided in your order history.

We will accept an exchange on a defective product and issue a replacement with photo evidence.
