This commercial item worked best for me. I tried it on several of my white coffee cups and the stains disappeared within 5 minutes by using a clean dry towel (no rubbing) just pour on cloth against your china and let it sit 5-10 minutes and gently swipe and watch it be gone instantly. Then rinse off in cold water. Have done this twice a year with 100% results. You can find this product at your local grocery store. Hope it works for you.

You could try Mr Clean magic erasers they worked for me and no smell. They do not scratch either and leave a like new shine.

Bleach isn’t good for the china if there are any cracks – even fine ones – in the glaze. I use a product called “Awesome Oxygen” that I soak things in, it’s the best I’ve found so far, and you can usually get it at the dollar stores.

I know you tried these but did you try them together like instructed below?
Put a couple drops of liquid soap and a dash or two of vinegar onto a damp sponge, then sprinkle on a hefty dose of table salt(which acts as a mild abrasive). Gently scrub the inside of the fine china cup for approximately one minute, then rinse with warm water

I’ve used an SOS pad to remove coffee and tea stains.
I’ve also used a product called Barkeepers Friend.

Remove coffee or tea stains from a mug by rubbing them with a lightly salted citrus peel.

I use plain old fashioned bleach and water. Put the cup in the sink with plastic tub I do dishes in and fill with lukewarm water and about 1 Tbsp of bleach and let it sit for about an hour. I’ve never had any problems with it. It smells like bleach but if washed afterwards the bleach smell disappears after about a day.

Hairdressers peroxide (i think it’s 40%).
You can get it at beauty supply places like Sallys.
Soak the item in it until it comes clean. You can dilute it or use it full strength.
Just remember to wear gloves when handling.
I use it all the time.
Soaking time varies…just keep checking.

DON"T USE BLEACH! If there is any crazing at all (those spider webby crackles in the glaze) bleach will absorb into the porcelain/ceramic and one day it will just disintegrate on you! Much less if you sell to a customer and it crumbles on
them :)
40% hydrogen peroxide like Hodge said is your best bet. You HAVE to be careful in handling it!

HARD-TO-REMOVE COFFEE & TEA STAINS CAN BE ERASED EASILY WITH DENTURE-CLEANING TABLETS. THEY CONTAIN OXIDIZING INGREDIENTS THAT HELP LOOSEN GRIME WITH EFFERVESCENCE & BLEACHING AGENTS THAT TAKE AWAY THE STAINS.
1. FILL THE CUPS WITH WARM WATER.
2. DROP A TABLET IN EACH CUP.
3. WHEN THE TABLET HAS DISSOLVED & THE WATER IS CLEAR, EMPTY THE CUP & CHECK THE INSIDE.
4. IF STAINS REMAIN, REPEAT THESE STEPS WITH ADDITIONAL TABLETS.
DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF STAIN BUILDUP ON YOUR CHINA, YOU MAY HAVE TO REPEAT THIS PROCESS SEVERAL TIMES & THEN WASH IT, BUT ONCE YOU’RE FINISHED, YOUR CHINA WILL BE AS GOOD AS NEW.
