We have several beautiful dolls and we would like to know their present value for re-homing them.

I take your question to mean you are looking for an official appraisal. I for one think most all dolls are beautiful, however, some are valuable and others are not. If you can provide more details, we might be able to point you in the right direction from here. Good clear pictures are usually the easiest way to begin. A picture can sometimes be all that is needed to determine whether it’s worth it to invest in an official appraisal since appraisers charge for this service.
If you believe your dolls are valuable, you might want to contact one of the large auction houses that specialize in dolls for an official appraisal. There are several of these auction houses across the U.S. Just Google “doll auction” and you should be able to find them.

I would take them to a doll dealer and pay to have them appraised. If you don’t want to do that, check the completed listings on ebay to determine their value..

check out names of dolls first, Yahoo is a great place for all dolls, lots of Barbies old and new, check them out, more info than google…
