I emailed Chanel when I found a pair of earrings several years ago, they won’t tell you via the internet. The suggested I take them to one of their stores where one of their people could look at them. They were very nice but said that giving information via the internet would make things easier for counterfitters so that was that. According to whomever emailed me back, the store would be happy to assist. Good luck with your pin.

My suggestion would be to search it via internet, many designers have information as to what to look for in order to determine real from fake. I’ve used this search technique several times myself and have always found something that will help.

It is best to let a retail expert at a renown jewelry story that carries Channel products to authenicate the Chanel Pin. Also the services of a pawn broker would be best to get expert advice. Markings can be made on jewelry as the discretion and artistry of the designer. The designer name can only be authenicated by experts with the brand.
My booth of designer Louis Vuitton Handbags are at www.bonanzle.com/booths.goldlinda100. Do not use the Google Search Engine but place the business web address directly into the computer browser that is the first long rectangular space at the top of the computer.

If you don’t have a local Chanel boutique in your area, you can also take it to a Neiman Marcus or Saks Fifth Avenue or any major high end dept store that carries Chanel.
