JewelryStyles,
Thank you for your post. This is the place to share our questions as well as our concerns.
marecrochets I believe you have not been in the forum to read that there are plenty of buyers and sellers who post here as well as contact customer service or only post here this same question. This is the forum we come to, too share the Bonanza computer generated comments as well. We do so incase another buyer has received this same generated comment from Bonanza, a seller can turn around and answer what change of command they used to solve the issue. We learn from one another.
We all must be professional in answering comments as it does not matter where it’s posted, only that someone has come to the forum and answer the question.
JewelryStyles, the generated note is one a new seller receives when setting up an account. abigdogmom has a point, maybe check the vacation setting to see if your account is back up and running or you are experiencing a glitch which recently I experienced one and I posted here as well as reported to tech support and later resolved.
Have a good evening!
Rita

“…for the Black Friday… I have my items set to “reserved” with one showing, since i am working on them…”
If I may ask, I don’t know, what changes You are making, but if You had listed items before and took them all together off, is it not a pity not to have them at all online?
(Unless You want to add completely new items.)
Customers, who visit Your booth these days for the first time, will not be able to see any item at all. Will some new visitors come back, if they couldn’t see even one sample?
It’s already so difficult to be found in Google searches…
If You are working on previous listings, maybe it would benefit Your booth to still have them online and gradually make changes?
And the info You have on this single $1,000.00 listing could be added e.g. in a chat window, temporarily in Your current banner or, using the batch edit (text editing), to all listings.

If all your items are on reserve, the system probably considers you on vacation. You have nothing for sale.

When something like this happens to me, I consider it a problem for customer support, not one that the community can really answer. So I would contact them about this….possibly take a screenshot of the page you are receiving, HTH,

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
