Adding shipping for approval?

We’re still new to Bonanza and had an order that was submitted for approval because “the cost to ship to the buyer could not be determined.”
We have free shipping for US only but the buyer was in Australia. However we looked at shipping cost from US to Australia and it was around $20. Is there a way to add that shipping to the order? Otherwise, I ended up denying the order.

Thanks in advance!

Usually offers come with the shipping included, but there are times when shipping cannot be determined (ie you do not have shipping added for that location, or the buyer address is incomplete) and these can be modified to add shipping.

To add shipping to these offers…see instructions on this page (the link shows screenshots)

https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/offers/invoicing

In the email you receive there is a link that says

Review this order on Bonanza
Click on Review Invoice to add shipping costs
Click on link Change your invoice here

You should then be able to add the shipping costs based on the buyer’s location…

Only these types of offers that need Approval will allow to change the total offer amount

All other offers are either approve or deny
