Amazon payments - how to tell if it's working?

Hi everyone,

I’m new to Bonanza, but been selling elsewhere for a few years. I’m hoping to focus on Amazon Payments as a primary payment method (I do also have Paypal linked up, but would prefer Amazon).

I’ve set up my Amazon Payments, and from what I can tell it seems to be set up properly (it does show on my items, and it shows the Amazon merchant ID in my payments settings).

But I tried to test it by going through a purchase myself (I logged out, then tried to purchase one of my items through Amazon Payments). It let me go through the process, but when it came back to the Bonanza page to confirm purchase it gave the message “this seller is not accepting Amazon Payments at this time.” Is this just because I was trying to purchase from my Amazon buyers account (which is the same as my payments account)?

Check your booth settings to see if you selected Amazon Payments

Booth Settings
Payments and Purchases Tab
Select Amazon Payments

Go down and click on link that shows how to set up Amazon payments and make sure you completed all the steps…click on the

Is your Merchant number been entered…if it has you should see it on the Payments and Purchases pages

Be sure to go to the bottom of all pages and Save Changes or it won’t work

If all is set up correctly
Contact Bonz so that they can run a check on their side to see if the Call back is set up

Of course if you just did it today…may not have been enough time for Bonz to run their “whatever it is they do”
