And the problems begin...

Well, it was bound to happen, but, I see the issues have begun. I see when I list a new item I am no longer able to view that listing as now, of course, I am redirected to a search of everyone else’s listings and I am told I must have a membership to see my own listing?? Second issue, I now see that after listing said item I then view my booth which now does not show any new listings. And I am sure this is just the beginning. A new banner does nothing, lets make sure the sellers are still taken care of and lets not go changing the site without getting some input from the actual people who make the site what it is. Fun times indeed.

Hi. For some reason I am able to view a new listing I list with no mention of having to have a membership…..and I am able to see my new listings…..do you think your booth is in beta maybe??

I’ve never been this slow though…only in the beginning years of Bonanza was I this slow. I only mention it because it is that bad and on the forefront of my mind.

I’m having to fight tooth and nail just to get any views let alone sales.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi FantasticFinds2014, we experienced a site slow down yesterday that affected the speed at which new items were posted. This issue has since been resolved and your items will be visible. We apologize for the concern that it caused you. You are not required to have a membership to view your listings. We have made no changes to sellers or buyers being able to view listings.

Please reach out to our team at [email protected] if we can be of further assistance. We appreciate your business and are here to help!
