The link for adding a custom category will not open. I have tried on 2 computers, a laptop and my tablet and in both my stores. Nothing happens when I click on it. Is there another way? Any ideas?

I’m trying to add new categories today and can’t.
I deleted a category cause I thought maybe 10 was the limit, but still can’t add.
