As a seller, how do i cancel a sale?

I need to cancel a sale that I can’t complete. I’ve already refunded the purchaser his money through PayPal. How do I cancel the sale so I’m not constantly hounded for shipping details (and maybe get my Bonanza fees back??).

Who is going to constantly “hound” you for shipping details if you cancelled the sale?

Anyway, to let bonanza know your sale has been cancelled and to put in for a return of your fee’s, get the transaction number from paypal of the return, go to you current bill and find that transaction, look at the bottom it will say something like “Receive a refund on this bill” hit that, that is where you will need to enter the return transaction # from paypal and whatever other info is required.

The OP is asking how to cancel the sale so Bonz won’t continue to remind him/her to ship.

misskeech is correct. Once the seller requests a refund on the purchase, it will be considered canceled and shipping info should no longer be requested.
