I wanted to batch edit shipping on download items to international, since anyone can download them. I get everything set, click on apply … and here’s what I [URL removed]

If you are using FF, I believe there is an issue with FF update and batch editor..

“Not sure why you did not get a reply but I will follow up on that. There is a bug with Firefox and the batch editor. Try another browser and see if that helps.”
“I believe there was an update on FF that our programming team needs to address on Bonanza. If you use IE or GC you should have success.”
Please let support@bonanza.com know that there is still an issue with FF and the batch editor. If you not using FF, then I am unsure how to help, since it works for me in Chrome
