Being billed for cancelled or refunded transactions

I’m finding it hard to navigate on Bonanza. How do I mark a transaction as cancelled and refunded? I’m being billed for transactions that ere refunded or cancelled.

I’d also like ot get that refunded to me from Bonanza.

Request Payment Refund
If one of your above transactions were canceled, you can use our automated system to request a refund. You will find a link titled “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” on the billing month page in question. Clicking on that link will guide you though the refund process. If you have already paid for the seller fees, then you can email us at [email protected] for selling fees you have paid. Read more about payments and billing here..

The “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” is present if the bill has not been paid..once paid you will have to contact bonanza

If it is for a transaction that is not on the present bill transaction list then under the list is a blue link that [URL removed]

See activity since last bill

Click on this..find the transaction and then click on Request a Refund

For bills not yet paid, the FVF will be removed from the transaction list (or be marked out)…for those already paid, I believe a credit will go to the next bill (not totally sure about that, since I always immediately request refund when cancellation or return occurs)
