Best way to sell this chunk of silver?

It was collected from a manufacturing process that used real pure silver. Droppings were collected over time to get this chunk.

Not sure of the weight yet (my scale is AWOL).

I presume it needs to be melted down again to burn off impurities to find out what it’s worth, or what? Any ideas the best place to take it to get this done, or how to list it to get the best price?

I’m clueless, so all help is greatly appreciated.
