Bonanza charged my credit card $200.00 and i dont know why

Bonanza Charged my credit card $200.00 back on 12/7 and I dont know why. I just saw it today because I was traveling for the holidays. I occasionally sell something on Bonanza through my eBay account. I’ve never purchased anything and my profile is not showing and purchases. I cant get in touch with anyone, except to leave a message or contact support through the site. Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks for any help!

It sounds like you signed up for a trial Silver membership and were charged the annual $200 membership fee. If you didn’t cancel the membership within the trail period, you were probably charged the full amount. Looking at your Bonanza profile, I don’t see a membership assigned to you. So, I’m guessing that you have canceled (perhaps after the $200 was charged). If that’s the case, wait for Bonanza Support to get back to you about any possible refund.

Hi, thanks for your reply! Turns out they charged my account “accidentaly” for shipping. I cant get my money back unless I pay an 8 percent processing fee to their credit card service provider ($16). The customer at Bonanza is unwilling to help and wont even tell my how to keep this from happening.

Bonanza just charged my card again, 6.43. This is ridiculous. I cant get customer service to help in anyway. They just email me with “too bad, we wont do anything” responses :(
