Bonanza not working.

Sign in – click on My Bonanza it takes me to profile page can’t get any place else. Click on arrows nothing happens. Tried to contact support nothing happens. Don’t know if Ask a Question will even work. Anyone else having problems. Would someone who isn’t please contact support. Nothing working.

Still not fixed. I wonder how many buyers may be having this problem! Could be affecting a lot of people. Had an offer on an item last night – tried to view the packing slip and every time I clicked on it I was taken to sign-in and I was signed it.

This is an official Bonanza response.

@sasswbe, sometimes the trouble will have to do with an older bookmark. Try visiting the site by entering the web URL manually. Then manually log in. See if that helps and if not then I am sure our support team will be able to further assist.

Tried everything you said – didn’t work. Still can’t get anyplace with Internet Explorer. Still no sign out just keeps going to my profile. Still canb’t open a lot of things.

Bummers! We tested this on IE11 on our side and everything is working as it should be. Sounds like it has something to do with IE.

Still not working with completely with Internet Explorer 11. I can sign in and out and a few other features work but I can’t get my rewards with IE11 – when I click on rewards it takes me to the sign in page. Sign in page comes up in other areas also even when I’m signed in.

I have been having a few problems….its very difficult for me to switch between booths and a few other issues. There does seem to be intermittent problems tonight. I will contact support and tell them my problem and also tell them to look here at your post.

Thanks I finally used Chrome and got a message to support. Still not working today. I can see my booth but many things do not work on Internet Explorer. Sure hope support gets it fixed soon. They got my message last night but have not heard back yet.

I had the same problem for 3 weeks but Judy helped me through it.. hope they read your message..

I tried sending a message to Judy but don’t know if she got it. She is good and fast usually.

My booth won’t update and the items won’t appear in the booth until the booth is updated. Since the booth won’t update, the items don’t appear for sale.

I get Error #563 every time I try to update the booth.

I can create items, they just don’t show up outside of preview since I can’t update the booth.
