Okay, no matter what I attempt to do, your credit card page activation does not work. I cannot activate verify my card though EVERY piece of information is correct. I have now tried it over 20 times. I have attempted every solution available on your help question pages, and the form letter answer given there by BONAZA is useless. The billing address is correct, the number is correct, the expiration is correct, the security code number is correct, the NAME is correct, though it does not offer a middle initial. I don’t need yet another false answer, I need to know how this verification can be done. I have also attempted different browsers, emptying caches, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc. There has to be a reason this isn’t working, and some ACTUAL way of doing this. Also, I’ve noticed that I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER WEBSITES. Clearly something is wrong here, but it isn’t my card, everything is fine with the card, it is active and there are no problems, the problem is with your site and how it activates cards. I’m really going to need to know how this can be done, because this is really frustrating all because of your page setup and process. So what, SPECIFICALLY can be done here? I have already linked PAYPAL, so what else can be done here?

Does it ask you for a zip Code? If so, try entering with and without the 9 -digit version of the zip code.

This has been going on for several years now. I don’t understand why they don’t get it fixed. Last time I had to update my card I likely never got it done and support was of very little help. What I finally did and I’m not sure this will work for you but when I did it it worked. They say to copy EVERYTHING just as it is on your credit card well my credit card had my 5+4 zip code on it so I kept typing that in and it would never work so I tried typing just the 5 number zip code in and low and behold it worked. Good Luck.

I am having exactly the same problem at the moment, I’ve been trying to add my credit card after my other one expired for at least three weeks now and still no luck.
Did you manage to sort out what it was?
