Bonanza/ebay not updating

Once again, I just “sold” something on eBay that was actually sold here months ago. Keep an eye on your sales between sites, they don’t always get updated from Bonanza.

Thanks for your question. Sorry to hear about the difficulty that you have had with this issue. There could be a number of reasons why this happened, but the community forum is not necessarily the best place to get into all of your account details.

We do recommend checking on your eBay importer settings page from time to time, and if you are concerned that your item listings might not be fully sync’d properly, you can run a “revise” import from that page.

I have had to end an the same item, here on Bonanza, TWICE today, that sold on eBay last week.

The_Calhan_Mercantil, My sales have been better on Bonanza the past two months than they have ever been in the past 13 years I’ve been on here, not sure why… Not complaining about that! Just wish I could rely on the updater.
