Booth activation?

I just started Bonanza, and my booth won’t activate. I keep getting the message the “Bonanza elves will activate it within 24 hours.” But when I go to store dashboard, I get the message “Your booth is partially activated. Click here to finish activating your booth and start making sales.” When I click it it takes me to my listings and I get the Elf message again. Am I missing something?? “Hello Yougotafriendinme,

Super duper! We have all your items submitted and our team will be reviewing them just as soon as possible. Based on the number of booths currently in line for approval, we estimate your booth to be reviewed in about 4 hours.

Once your booth is approved, it can take up to 30 minutes for your items to be properly indexed into our databases before they can be found using the site-wide Bonanza search feature. However, your items can still be found by users who use the search option within your booth, or by browsing your booth. On rare occasions, an item can miss one of our indexing cycles and it can take up to two hours before it’s available for searching. If your items dont show up within 12 hours, please let us know and we’ll take a closer look.

When searching for your items, you’ll also want to make sure that you have properly set up your shipping options. For example, if you have not set up shipping to your own country and then do a site search for your items, they will not show up. Our search is designed to only return results/items that are available to you based on your location. Click here to view our International Shipping help page.

If you have other questions about your booth, our detailed help section for setting up and maintaining your booth lives here.

Please feel free to drop us a line any time, we love to hear your thoughts & feedback.

Thanks, and happy Bonanzling!
The Bonanza Team"

I’m having the pretty much same issue. It’s been 3 days now. " The Bonanza elves will activate your account within 24 hours. In the meantime, feel free to keep adding items and getting your booth ready to launch once it’s been approved." That is all I have. The elves need a pep talk or some good str

Hi cdXpress, Your Bonanza booth is activated and ready to make you some money. The next step is to add a few items to sell. There are 5 easy ways you can add new items to your booth. Create an item listing from scratch by uploading an image and typing in the title, description and other info Imp

I had all my items listed, and sold 12 knives in a couple hours. They are stone blades, with wood or antler handles, much like Stone Age man would make. Next thing I know, all my listings are cancelled because “knives are not allowed” according to an email. I looked up the rules, and the ones regarding weapons do not apply to my artwork.
WHat’s interesting, is that there are 39053 knives currently listed on Bonanza. lol.
I think there’s another problem, but they are not looking into it. So, I’ve been waiting for 2 days for an answer as well, while the “Elves update your account”. lol.
QUICK, SOMEONE GET SOME HOT COCOA AND CANDY CANES, SO THOSE ELVES CAN GET US FIXED UP! :)
