I am a buyer and a seller. I am new to bonanza, I was just about to buy something, then I noticed he used a stock photo and he did not have a description of the item. It only said used under condition. So I know I could email the person to ask questions, but that is a hassle. I was wondering what is bonanza’s policy on this? If I took the chance and found that the item was not up to par or was missing an item. What are my options as a buyer? Does bonanza help with this? Or is it just up to the buyer and seller to just figure it out? Any comments would be appreciated.

My question is…
Wouldn’t it be less of a hassle to ask the seller a question than to take the chance purchasing something and not be happy with it, then having to go through the resolution center?
I always encourage buyers to ask questions….if you are not comfortable with the item either ask or move on…why make it harder on yourself….

In addition to the help that Bonanza gives with the Order Resolution Center, you still have the ability to file a claim (for items not received or significantly not as described) against the seller if you paid for your item with PayPal. PayPal buyer protection does work on sites other than ebay.
