I had a buyer return a purse she bought from me – no email contact – nothing. It just showed up in my mail today. On the note, it said “return to sender – didn’t like”. Well as stated in my listing, all sales are final. What now?? Do I just get a shipping total for her so I can send back to her? because I feel she is responsible to pay for me to ship back at this point.

I don’t think shipping back is the answer as " she does not want it ".
I would just hang tight to hear from the buyer & if I did , I’d kindly point out the "All Sales Final ".
Didn’t like isn’t a reason for return, even on "way too many silly rules " ebay lol

What a mess. So sorry you had this happen. I could say so many things about this customer, but it would be useless, lol. What good would it due for you to ship it back? For whatever reason, no matter how unfair, she won’t take it. I agree with cjazzcarolina that shipping back is not the answer.
I’d contact her first, and remind her of my shop policy about all sales final. If she responds and apologizes and still doesn’t want it, then I’d keep it and forget it. If I didn’t hear from her at all, or if she was nasty about it, I’d block her and not sell to her again. While it’s up to the sellers to make the return policy clear and visible, it’s up to the customer to read it.
Does this mean that your sale was reversed at B and PP?

NO reason to ship back..first off, you would have to pay for it…because there is no way you could collect the shipping cost and if you send it back and they file a PP complaint they just might wind up with your money and the bag…
Technically, you do not have to do anything, but then you risk your reputation as a seller, for not refunding a returned item and risk getting reported to bonz…
The buyer will have to go through the payment processor for refund…if used PP, then the buyer will probably go through whatever the paypal resolution process is. Though Buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason for return, so they will probably choose “Not as described”…so save any messages (might be good to photo or scan message from mail)
If some other payment method…CBA or Direct Checkout, they can go to the credit card company for reversal (or file with Bonz if the funds had not been released yet) or go through whatever Amazon’s process is…
This is a case of refund, relist and move on….if they had not returned and filed a complaint, then fight it…but you have the item, so technically it is up to you on how you handle it…

Just refund her minus the shipping costs. If you send it back she can just file a dispute on paypal to get a refund.
