My items are custom made so customers/buyers need to check out and leave custom details in note to seller message box. I am extremely frustrated today. I have had many people check out for purchase and I have to keep messaging them or looking up email addresses to contact them. So over 1/2 of theses people are telling me they are leaving the details so wondering why it’s not coming through on my side.
When I need to contact customers on my ebay store if I contact ebay they will provide me a phone number for the buyer does Bonanza have that option here?
