No not for banner, booth panels, avatar unless something has changed, the site does not support animated figures in those areas, though you can get some in the forums

and I was just looking for information about posting a gif in the forum or HPL comments section. I found a gif, copy its url and what I do next? Just paste it or I need “!” or what? Dont want to post a wrong code, cause its impossible to edit comments in HPL)))

ccmom is correct, animated banners/avatars are not allowed…but for an interesting FYI, some time ago when Bonanza was once called “Bonanzle” we did have a member who had an animated avatar, and he just would not say HOW he did this, I suspect he somehow got into the html of it all and or tricked Bonz into accepting his animated gif avatar…I offer Bonz Sellers FREE banners and avatars and Oh, I so DO often wish, myself, that I could make some of them animated, but alas, since that fella’s avatar was kicked to the curb, so too, none of us can ever have animated avatars or banners! I’m sure your banner will be just fine as a .jpg, too!

I remember that, was going to mention it but decided not too, though I did find some old threads about it…interesting to see who was here then

I wish we could have animated avatars. Mine is actually supposed to bark lol. All he does is sit there.
