I just noticed while editing a new item the option to print out an image verification card. Sounds like a great idea and have not heard of references to this before.
Question – Is this an old feature that is out of date or was the Verification ID idea recently started?
Question – Instead of taking a picture with the verification card for some of the photos that I have taken in the past, can I take an existing photo that I personally took and vouch for and photo edit the photo to include the words Bonanza followed by the ID number like in the same line or a below [URL removed]
Bonanza 9D15C067888C
or
Bonanza
9D15C067888C
Thanks – BestInField
P.S. I edited my own post after I noticed it could be improved and to correct an error. That a great feature and forward thinking by Bonanza.

I used one of my fancy business cards and just wrote the number and Bonanza.
It’s a great idea that I support, but if you plan on using those pics on other sites you’ll have to hide or edit the Bonz aspect at least.
I just noticed your second question, and the answer is yes, if you know how to work photo software of any type…paint shop would work…some free ones allow you to type upon photos and place the number and booth at the bottom, across the top, sideways, or upside down (I use Picasa photo edit for that, free)…it’s not difficult to learn picasa

This is a newer feature. Some sites, like google do not allow water marks on photos.
If you like this feature, maybe you should just start using it now on new photos. It may confuse buyers by adding words to the photos and honestly I don’t know if this feature has much value.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
