Can my chat booth be seen to visitors? if not, is there a way to make it visible to non members?

I thought i saw a section one time to check that it be seen, now i can’t find it. thanks.

Yes, I can see your booth chat

go to Edit Booth Options
Scroll down to Legacy options
Click on link to show and that is where you find the Show booth chat when active

@ccmom, but aren’t you a member of Bonanza? I want to know if someone just comes to bonanza, can they see our booth, the interactive chat box? or just our items.?

Just log out…but it doesn’t matter if you are a member or not..if you have the chat open then it is open for all

The chat box being open is the default setting and that is what anyone who visits will see. Setting can then be change by each member to their own preferences

Remember though….if someone comes in off one of your advertised listings, they’ll come in directly to the listing and may not realize that they can see your chat box; some aren’t interested in that….just the product! If you put a “SPECIAL” in your chat box, some will miss out mainly because they don’t look around a whole lot. I’ve had several buyers who didn’t take advantage of my 20% discount because they didn’t go to the chat box to read about it (if I had one there).

I should clarify. I know members can see each others chat box’s. BUT can Non members see it….Lets some someone comes into bonanza and has never been here before and comes upon one of my items…..can they see the chat box or just my items. Thanks.

Yes non members can see your chat box,I remember I saw one right before I signed up with Bonanza
