After a really poor xmas service by USPS I want to update the shipping on all of my items, I tried to set up a shipping profile and use the batch editor to introduce it but it didn’t replace the original shipping cost, just added the new one one. Now going into items to edit them I can’t figure out how to get rid of the original shipping cost. Can someone help please?

Hi @Zenohtee,
So sorry for the trouble. If you are updating your shipping rules and would like to remove any old shipping information, you’ll want to first clear your domestic shipping services via the batch editor. Go to your “My Booth > Batch edit items” page and click on the “Shipping” tab on the left side of the tool box at the top of the page. Select your listings, then check the option to “Clear domestic shipping services” and apply the changes. Once your domestic shipping services have been cleared, you are able to set new shipping rules and prices.
Hope that helps!

I’m certainly not an expert but I’ve had similar problems when using the batch editor, I find sometimes if you wait until you get all updated message or hit the refresh button it helps, but It only updates cost and not type. What I then to do then is change type using same method but I advise checking with customer service or FAQ for other more accurate answers.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
