Crafat (seller) not delivered nor refund.

Crafat (dealer) has not delivered my purchase and its been over a month. I have alerted them several times, but they seem to be refusing to respond, or even give a simple explanation/refund. Who do I report them too, or is small claims court my only option?

Did you check the shipping date on your item? It appears that the seller is shipping items from India and it may take several weeks for an item to arrive in the USA. The holdup may be due to customs (on both ends?) even if the seller shipped within 4-5 days (as most of their items state). Items ordered today state that delivery would be by August 13 – though that may depend on the item you ordered.

If you don’t get the item and your payment was made through PayPal (or even a credit card used through PayPal), then you can file an Item Not Received (INR) claim. PayPal will refund your purchase amount.

Always note the location of your seller…international deliveries can take several weeks.
If you paid through PayPal..file a claim there (Item Not Received)..if the seller cannot offer tracking or proof of delivery..paypal will refund

You can also report the seller to bonanza
