That seems awfully high. Are you including postage label fee(s) by chance?

What is your advertising set at???

The options are 3.5% (which is basic and your feed is NOT sent to google for this)
9%
13%
19%
30%

so if you are set at 30% then it is conceivable that you will have a 25% fvf since your fvf is based on how many ad clicks your item received

Also the minimum fvf is $0.50 so if you sell an item for $2.00 then the fee will be 25%

You choose how much you want to pay….

Mine is set at 9%…to send my items to google product search and I ave about 5-8.5% fvf

“WHAT ARE YOUR FEES??” I really dont have any fee’s even tho i have my advertising set at 9%, i collect my reward tokens every day and use them before I am billed, and usually it covers all my final value fee’s.

First, go to your selling dashboard. Click Advertising, then Broadcaster. You should there see what advertising level you are on. If you think the fees are too high, then you can choose a level you’re more comfortable with. Keep in mind, the lower the level, the fewer ads. But your changes take effect immediately, and you can change it at any time. So try a lower level. If you’re happy with your sales and fees, then keep it. If not, simply change it again until you find the balance you can live with. Hope this helps.

I am at the basic level as I tried a higher level but it did not improve the sales. I am paying about 25 percent commission. Not including Paypal.

then you need to check with support…however, if you were set at higher rate before..there may still be ad clicks to pay for even after you moved to a lower %…you can check your ad clicks either in Batch edit or on the invoice for the items
