Delete item from shopping cart

Hi, how do I delete/remove an item in my cart? I hoover over it and nothing pops up – I click on it and nothing allows me to delete it.

Accept hover

There is a small gray x next to the thumbnail picture of the item..

CLick on it, it removes the item from cart

I had to click save for later and it removed it. There was not X to click onto, so I kept looking and tried clicking on the save for later and it worked. Thank you for your help.

everytime I look at something it shows up on my dashboard page…there are times when I don’t want those items there…
