Did i miss the announcement that the bonanza advertising was changing

Imagine my surprise to go to the advertising page this morning to make a change and find that it not only looks different but the costs have gone up significantly after the basic 9%. There is still 13% if you choose to be involved with eBay (NEVER!!) and then jumps to 19% from there. It seems to happen more and more here that we learn things after they are done. With a paid membership I thought we were supposed to get a newsletter when changes were being made but I’ve never received one in 5 years. This one is a real back breaker as we enter the holiday season. Spent hours working on pricing to prepare for increasing to 16% fee only to see no that it no longer exists. What a disappointment this site is becoming as they continue to grow.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Good eye gearseller2. You should be able to learn all about this exciting update by reading our blog………ah……I mean in the blog that we are really close to publishing. Sometimes we get super excited to push new features live, especially those that empower our sellers, that we forget to let you know about them in advance :)

You should be able to select 13% and unselect eBay or any other channel you do not wish to have your items a part of (let us know if otherwise). As with all advertising via this channel, it is optional, and better yet, you do not pay a dime for that advertising until you realize a sale from that channel.

May you have many sales this season.
