Heard the app was down for upgrades (wouldn’t really know, don’t do anything mobile in relation to my online stores)
Couple suggestions, though
Give your booth a name
(it is in booth settings)
Go to your account settings and request a USerID name change that reflects your booth
Get an avatar and banner that is not generic…

Hi bonzuser_pqodg,
It is my understanding that the phone App is unavailable at this time. I had contacted support months back when I had several issues with my iphone due to this App not holding pictures. I was advised the App was being worked on. A couple of weeks ago another issue came up from another seller and I had read that the App needed some serious love to fix it. Last week, I searched in the App Store for the Bonanza App for another seller. The Bonanza app is no longer there. I contacted support and found out the App is “unavailable” at this time as it is being worked on. They do not know how long this process will take. Hope this information helps you as well as SunflowerAntics and CindyBear.
