Does anyone know why.........

USPS will not acknowledge a correct Zip Code when I try to print a label?
======================================================================
I just got off the phone with two different Pay-Pal people. I was told that Mozilla was having issues with printing Pay-Pal Labels. Claims it has been going on for a few days.
Anyone tried printing with the Mozilla browser lately?
I see from different venues that Pay-Pal is having issues. I have no problems receiving payments just printing labels.

may sound silly, but is there a space at the beginning or the end of the zipcode…it actually kicks it back out if there is..

Also is this at USPS or at paypal?

Tried it with and without a space in front of the code at Pay-Pal and Pay-Pal at USPS. No Go

When re-trying, it seemed to accept it once but it did not show the label, then it claimed to have printed it.
I had to void the non label.

when that happens just open transaction and click on “reprint label”…I get that sometime too..it doesn’t seem to print the first time, but does on the re-print (paypal gives you several tries before you have to cancel the label)

Tried to “Re-Print Label” so many times they finally told me

Occasionally over the last several months I have noticed temporary system errors on USPS.com as well as PayPal websites when it comes to printing a label…not sure if it is due to site changes in progress or what…

Have you tried opening up the site with a different web browser and then trying to print???

Whenever I had this problem…by using (Google Chrome) I was able to print a label just fine…

I’ve had problems twice recently with Paypal labels. It shows the same as what I have listed but it does not allow the option to accept the “changes”. I gave up and printed it at “another place” where it had been sold. It also had a problem with the address but it showed xxxx Isle rather than xxxx Island for the city name That label site allows the option to accept the changes. The Paypal site has problems with that and general availability (more than twice on this) in early a.m. hours. Hopefully the down time will not become excessive as we near Christmas.

Just found out Paypal was down for a short time frame this morning too…this usually occurs on a Sunday when it does happen for us folks here in the USA

sometimes it will say its the zip code, but there could be an “error” elswhere or what they consider an error….could be AV for Ave. could be a period . misplaced where they don’t want it..it could be anything, but it always says zip code. dont know why
