Email response time statistics

Hey,
My “email response time” log is stuck on February and won’t update the newer conversations I had with customers. Is it something that I am missing? Maybe the log is updated once every few months?
My performance is currently set to medium though my response time is significantly improved in the past 2 months.
Thank you.

My email response time is up to date. I’d email Bonanza asking why yours is stuck on February.

One time my shipping time was set to gradual. I emailed Bonanza about it because when taking a look, my shipping times shown were not bad. They set it back to zippy…now lo and behold it is back to gradual.

And, my email response time shows what it should not also currently. I’m just glad that they do not show up to our customers like they used to back in the day since they are unreliable. I’m sure they use them so that we can track how we as sellers are doing but in my honest opinion since they do not work like they are supposed to, they are pretty useless.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
