Error 503 message?

Just logged on and all of my items but 1 were taken down, no explanation at all, no reason it should have happened, anyone else experience this? I got a message that read error 503, that’s it.

I received 1 message that told me to take down 2 ads and I did right away. I have received no other messages; I checked my spam folder too. What is the deal? I have authentication for all of my autographed items so no problem there…

Ok, Many of the members have been here many years…….Many of us came from ebay because of their poor customer service along with all their other problems and high fee’s…We know how this site is run, if it were run poorly we would have been gone long ago…I suggest you chill out and listen to support. Find their emails, if they said they sent them to you, then they did. you have only been here 6 days, many of us have been here way over 6 years plus. So chill out, listen to what we are trying to tell you. This is NOT ebay (thank goodness for that!) Not every site has phone support. So dont expect a special delivery because you have been here for a whole 6 days.

Hi mattone99,
Your booth shows zero. I have not heard of your problem, but this past week there was a glitch with uploading photo’s. Problem fixed. It’s best to contact support by clicking on help at the top of the page then click contact support. When filling out the form you can send one screen shot of the problem. Customer support will get back to you within 24 hours and sometimes sooner.

Do you know how long it took to put up all of my listings? A long, long time, customer support on here is a joke by the way, they haven’t ever gotten back to me.

You have only been on Bonanza six days. Give them a break. Support has always been super here.

All items in my booth were deleted because I sold swords, knives, and airsoft guns and accessories without any warning. I had to delete all above items, and then they restored my booth with the items I had left. My booth was offline for about a week and a 1/2 until I could remove the “prohibited” items.

This is what I’m talking about, no f ing support from anyone. I’ve been on 6 days, so what? How hard is it to answer a chat or email? Get off your asses and do something!!!!! Want to be like eBay? They answer questions, etc….waiting….

Please double check the email address given to Bonanza maybe there was a typo of why you did not receive their letter stating your account was being looked into. We’re all trying to help the best we can.
