I registered for the free trial, entered my card to be charged in 14 days. All went well…but when I try to actually use the site, it keeps asking me to chose a plan. I said fine, chose a plan but it wants to charge me NOW. How is this a free trial? Do you have to have a “booth” or store to list? This is frustrating and I’ve only been a member for an hour.

Hi FairyMappTrinkets,
Thanks for reaching out and so sorry for any confusion. It sounds like you have opted for a free trial of the standalone Webstore feature. Great! The free 14-day trial for the Webstore is available in preview mode only. This allows sellers to customize their Webstores and familiarize themselves with the features prior to the Webstore going live for interested buyers to access. Once you activate the Webstore, your card will be charged the monthly or annual fee (depending on your settings), even if you activate the Webstore within the first 14 days.
You can read more about how to customize your Webstore on the following [URL removed]

Hope that helps to clarify! If you have additional questions, please let us know at support and we will be happy to further assist [URL removed]

don’t get a store..just start with a free booth…you don’t have to choose anything.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
