Getting bizarre sketchy responses from bonanza support.

I don’t know what’s going on with Bonanza, I’ve been with them for over a dozen years. My fees payment on July 2 didn’t go thru on my credit card because I need to update it. I’ve since updated it, paid the fees due but I can’t seem to get my booth out of “hold” status (i.e., nothing is for sale on it). I’ve been corresponding with support about it and I’m getting bizarre replies back from “Keith” in support repeating the same questions of did I update my card (yes) and now he’s asking for details on my credit card company, where are they located (what ???) and what type of card is it (it’s a Visa). This has been going on for several days now and with his last response I don’t feel comfortable corresponding with him any longer. This is not standard procedure. The fees are paid, their is a card on file, that should be all they need. At this point I don’t really care if I don’t get back on with them, they are just getting weird. Anyone else had an episode like this?

Keith is AI. Nothing is real anymore. Wish I had better news.

Keith is AI. When you get the email to leave feedback on your request, look at the picture. It is very likely NOT someone named Keith at all based on the picture.
I emailed that I am still patiently waiting for the google shopping feeds to be corrected to add about 1000 items back onto the site because the handful I have added have not been included in the feed for 3 weeks.
The response Keith gave me was how to remove items from my google shopping feed.
It’s 100% AI. There are 3 employees at most now, and the owner/CEO of the site is a venture capitalist that has zero involvement in the site. He signs in about once a month, last time was July 1.
