Google feed out of date/not updated

My Google feed has not been updated since April 2nd. Nothing added or revised since that date is included, although many sold or reserved items remain on the list. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, thanks everyone, but my booth has been “updated” many times since April 2nd. In fact, it does show the feed was SENT today, May 27. I reviewed my feed information, which is why I am posting this. The copy of the feed I received in my e-mail has not been UPDATED i.e. it has old data.

This is an official Bonanza response.

If you go to your Google page on Bonanza (Sell on Bonanza > Advertise items > Optimize your Google settings) you will be able to review your feed information and edit and enhance your feed.

Your current feed shows as being updated today and also shows live on Google Shopping.

I haven’t had that issue, but I think it is because I update my booth items everyday. Go to you Edit your items under booth management and click on the green button that says update booth on the left side. Maybe that will help with your google feed. Good luck!

You should probably contact support and give them the link you received to your feed, so that they can investigate it.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
