Sorry to hear that Jonathan. Before contacting support about your prohibited items, we would recommend that you review the Google Shopping publishing policies to help identify the details of why your items are being denied. You can get a good idea by going to your Bonanza Google Management page and requesting a feed review. I had a quick look at one item that was denied, [URL removed] and the one thing that sticks out to me is the main image. Google prohibits images with watermarks/words on the image.

Usefulness
To ensure a safe and positive experience for users, Google requires that advertisers comply with all applicable laws and regulations in addition to Google Shopping policies. It is important that you familiarize yourself with and keep up to date on these requirements for the place where your business operates, as well as any other places Shopping listings are served. When we find content that violates these requirements, we may block it from appearing, and in cases of repeated or egregious violations, we may ban you from promoting Google Shopping content with us.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
