Google shopping refresh

Why am I constantly being asked to refresh my booth for Google shopping? At least 8 times a day. Nothing changes, why the constant need to refresh?

Why would you not want to refresh? It’s not required but a definite benefit if you work on your booth regularly and takes mere seconds. Perhaps it was not clear that it was a positive option for you and not a requirement?

I don’t know where you go that I didn’t want to refresh, my question (and I’ll ask it again slowly) is why it has to be done a hundred times a day when there are no changes to the items? Yes, it takes a few seconds, but again, not relevant to my question. So, Thanks, I think…

Every time you log into your account and view the “Add or edit Items” page, you will see that green button to UPDATE your booth. You can manually send a new feed to Google Shopping by clicking it.

In the past, Bonanza would automatically re-send a Google feed if changes were made to your booth due to item additions, deletions, sales, new item imports, etc. If there were no changes, a new feed was generated every two weeks automatically.

I wonder if that has changed and sellers need to refresh manually or if Bonanza changed the timeframe for automatic submission. Perhaps, Google no longer allows feeds from “inactive” sellers where the items haven’t changed in awhile?

Someone from Bonanza Support will come along shortly and clear it up.
