Has anyone else not been able to import feedback from ebay?

I’ve tried initiating it several times and it just keeps saying “in progress” and nothing happens!

Same problem.

Ours says
“Thank_You_Cards has sold on other marketplaces and received this feedback. " but there is nothing there. Blank.
