This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi @razorsnmore4u,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. While the Elite advertising level does not unlock additional advertising platforms, it does allow us to bid higher on your items. If you sell products in highly competitive categories, such as jewelry or electronics, allowing us to bid higher on your listings increases the chance that you will appear higher in search results, directing more traffic to your booth. If you’re listing low-priced items, then a 30% bid isn’t all that much in the grand scheme of thing, and other sellers or retailers are probably spending more on advertising than you are, meaning they’re the ones getting the buyers!

The great thing about the advertising program is that you don’t spend anything up front, so it’s risk free. You only pay a slightly higher fee once your item sells (somewhere between 3.5% and the maximum selected commission) depending on the role advertising played in your sale, how many views it received, etc.

TurboTraffic packs allow us to buy a large amount of advertising up front for you. These packs do require payment in advance, and they don’t guarantee traffic or sales. On average, however, sellers see an increase of 300% on their traffic! This is a great option if you want to ensure that you are getting the max out of advertising at a specific time (for example, Black Friday). As @ccmom mentioned, make sure your listings are compliant with the advertising platform’s rules, otherwise neither option will be beneficial.

Hope that helps!

I assume that with turbo packs your items have the ability to be clicked on multiple times ,and with advertisement it is probably limited to “xx” amount per day. If you have ever ran a PPC campaign paying per click can get costly so by you paying the additional money for the turbo pack allows them to promote your products more heavily .

I am not…but I would suggest that before you choose to do so, make sure your items are google compliant..

The first 250 characters go out in the google feed and should consist only of the item description in sentence form. It should not include any boiler plate, condition, policies or shipping information.

After that 250 characters..you can add anything you like…

Check your feed by going to
My Booth
Reports
Feed Diagnostics

To see the items going to google shopping
click on your Account ID number

To run a diagnostics to check for errors…
Initiate a feed status review

Make sure everything actually works before moving forward…I am also going to say that usually booths with less than 100 items on average do not do very well

ccmom, i dont mean to hijack this thread, but i did what you suggested above, and one of my items that i deleted the other night is still showing up as for sale. Would you know why?

ccmom, what are you selling? mostly trash?

I don’t know what Elite means but I got 190 views using a 25$ turbo traffic boost, I opted for the profit increase turbo pack, funny enough in the period this turbo was active I also got 0 sales as in ZERO, nada….
