Help..item names and how to?

Good morning everyone. I hope your day has started off well.

I’ve got a wee problem and need advice on how to either fix or do a work around.

I list each one of my item one at a time. It’s time consuming, but it’s what I choose to do (no life ya’know :))

So anyway, since I enter each item I do all the traits (fragrance type, size, name etc), I’ve run into a problem.

The problem is, (for instance) I have an item listed, I want to list another item with a similar name ie..first listing vanilla bean noel, second one is vanilla bean. It won’t let me list vanilla bean, it keeps bringing up the other. Normally I can “add” the fragrance name, but recently I have had to hold off listing similar item names due to this issue.

Now I want to add these items and need some help on the above issue. Anyone have any idea’s?

Not really sure what you mean, unless you mean the ‘suggested title’ that comes up when listing.

If that is the case, just ignore the ‘suggestion’ and put in what you like.

Also, change the order of the words…

Bath & Body Works VANILLA BEAN NOEL 8ozs Body Lotion Old Formula

For the other…put fragance first and the name second

Vanilla Bean body lotion Bath and Body Works, etc…

How do you add pictures from photobucket ….?

ccmom says: September 23, 2016

place the URL of the photo between exclamation points ! URL ! without spaces

Have you tried duplicating the listing and then editing the new one?

they are a little big, so if you scroll over you’ll see what I mean

ccmom says: September 23, 2016

are you typing the name in…if so then just ignore the suggested name (the little x) to dismiss the Vanilla Bean Noel and enter the one you want

ccmom says: September 23, 2016

Just don’t put the frangrance name in the traits while listing..

then go to item traits in batch edit, add trait in this format [[fragrance_[URL removed] Bean]]

Sorry…go to search optimize and add the trait/attribute
