How can i change handling time on one listing

I ship in one day and I already have my settings set to reflect that and don’t want to change it BOOTH wide.
However, I have a couple of custom made items that need a longer handling time. How can I change my handling time on JUST those handful of listings?

Options

1) Put it in the listing

2) Booth Settings
Shipping and Returns
Item ships within (Fill that box in with something like…
Allow x number of days for handmade items otherwise, items ships with 1 business day

This will show in your booth under your booth banner in the booth panels

3) Same area
Go down to Shipping profiles
Click on link for Add another shipping profile
Fill out the information for shipping and fill out the box
Ships within box with the information for particular items…
ie handmade item, allow x days for handling and will ship in x business days

Go to the listing and use the option to Apply shipping profile

the information in the profile will apply to only those listings where it was added

4) batch edit
Shipping
find item(s)
Select the shipping option
Set Max business days before item ships and fill in the number of days

If there is any other way…I do not know what it may be
